1. Inquiry
Every project starts with a simple conversation. Whether you contact us by phone or through our website, our team is ready to learn more about your goals, timeline, and vision. We’ll gather some basic information to help determine the best next steps for your project.
2. Site Visit
For remodels and additions, we schedule a site visit. This helps us understand the scope of the project, take measurements, and discuss your ideas in more detail. It’s also a great opportunity for you to ask questions and share your ideas. From here, the next steps depend on the size and complexity of your project.
3. Proposal
After the site visit:
- For smaller projects (like bathroom remodels or simpler updates), we can typically estimate construction costs right away and present a contract for your approval. Once signed, we move into a simplified design phase and then begin construction.
- For larger or more complex projects (such as major additions, full remodels, or new home builds), we’ll move forward with a design agreement—a separate contract that initiates the design phase.
4. Design
Once we have a signed agreement in place, you’ll be paired with one of our architectural or interior designers. They will guide you through all the decisions necessary to bring your project to life—from space planning and layouts to material selections, fixtures, and finishes. This collaborative process ensures that every element aligns with your vision, budget, and functional needs before we move into permitting and construction.
5. Permitting
Once designs are finalized, we coordinate with your local municipality and code office to secure the necessary permits for construction. We provide all required documentation to ensure your project is fully approved before work begins. Throughout construction, we also manage all required inspections to keep everything compliant and on schedule.
6. Construction
With permits in place and designs approved, we begin construction. Whether we’re building a new home or updating an existing one, our experienced team delivers high-quality results with clear communication throughout the process. We use project management software to keep you up to date on scheduling, budgeting, material selections, and daily progress. Construction is handled by our in-house carpenters and finish team, supported by a trusted network of subcontractors to ensure consistency, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
