State College Design and Construction was founded by Jere and Sasha McCarthy in 2010 with a simple goal: to deliver high-quality construction with integrity, craftsmanship, and care. What began as a small operation has since expanded to 40 projects annually, over 15 full-time employees, and a growing reputation for reliability throughout Central Pennsylvania.

We are based in Centre Hall, PA, and proudly serve State College and surrounding communities. Whether it’s a full custom home build, a kitchen remodel, or a small bathroom update, we bring the same level of attention and dedication to every project.
